By Appointment Only. All new clients must complete four(4) private, one-on-one sessions in order to attend group classes. Please email us for availability and scheduling.

OUR POLICIES

 

**Individuals must complete a number of private, one-on-one Introductory Sessions (see description of Introductory Sessions on the “Classes” page) before they are permitted to attend group classes. Individuals cannot sign up for group classes until they have received permission from REVISION PILATES staff. Individuals may be limited from attending certain classes due to their strength and abilities.

 

**A MINIMUM OF TWO CLIENTS PER CLASS ARE REQUIRED FOR A CLASS TO PROCEED.

    Payment PoliciesThe most efficient form of payment is to book your class by paying for it on-line with a credit/debit card via our website. However, if needed, we also accept cash, personal checks, Master Card and Visa in person at our location.  Prices are subject to change without prior notice.Expiration Policies:

    • All Private Introductory Sessions expire in one (1) month.
    • All single class purchases expire in one (1) month.
    • All 5-class packages expire in two (2) months
    • All 10-class packages expire in three (3) months.
    • All 20-class packages expire in six (5) months.
    • All 30-class packages expire in nine (8) months.

    *Packages can only be extended for medical or family emergencies.
    *Management reserves the right to refuse service to any person(s).

    **Revision Pilates is not responsible for any personal belongings left at the studio.

    Refund Policy

    • All classes and Packages are non-refundable and non-transferable to any other person.

    Cancellation Policy

    • All clients must cancel 24 hours prior to the beginning of their class time or they will be charged for the full session.

    Privacy Policy

    • Customers who register to use the services offered through our website are required to give us contact information, including their name, address, telephone number, and e-mail address. Such information is required to obtain a username and password to access the services we provide.
    • We WILL NOT sell or share your e-mail addresses or personal information to outside companies. Any personal information you provide will be securely stored and used solely for billing and information purposes.
